Tired of menstrual cycle trackers that treat you as a product? Want to feel certain that only you have access to your private information?
Meet Periodt - our period tracker that will only ever store your data locally (on your phone), so no one but you will ever, or could ever, see it.
But why Periodt? Because we’re here to help you. Periodt will let you know when something might be wrong, help guide you through what to do and be a friendly face throughout it all :)

With an evidence-based symptom tracker, Periodt will alert you if you log concerning symptoms so that you can reach out to a healthcare provider.
There tends to be a taboo that is encountered when trying to speak about periods. At Periodt, we want to create a safe space for our community to learn about their menstrual health.
So, what will we talk about?
Here, we will keep you updated about the development of Periodt.
You’ll be the first to know about any new features and major updates!
Here we’ll make the science behind menstruation understandable.
From hormones to anatomy to menstrual health issues, we hope to create a space where anyone and everyone can learn about menstruating bodies. We hope to help you gain a scientific understanding and confidence to advocate for yourself, especially in healthcare situations which may feel scary.
First periods can be scary. Not knowing what’s happening in your own body, what to expect or what to do is a position that many menstruators can relate to.
In this section, we will provide a teen-friendly guide on all things to do with menstruation - from explanations to top tips.
Here, we’ll dive deeper into recent research into menstrual health in greater detail. We hope to provide summaries of research with more technical detail to keep up to date!
This is incredibly important to us as research in the field of menstruation has historically been understudied and underfunded. This is because most medical research was centred around experiences of cisgender male individuals.
One of the most notable example of how overlooked menstrual healthcare has been in research is the fact that the first time that menstrual health products were tested with blood was in 2023!
Here, you’ll find a breakdown of the technical side of how Periodt works on the inside. This’ll be the nerdy stuff, but we’ll try and keep it accessible to everyone while keeping the interesting parts.
We hope that Periodt will help you, and can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on with you.
As always, we welcome any questions, or if you want to work with us contact us at periodt.tracker@gmail.com.
